My name is Rachel Bailye,
I am the Chair of All Saints IEB (Interim Executive Board). The IEB has been put in place by the Staffordshire University Academies Trust Board of Governors to provide expertise and high-quality governance to support the improvement of All Saints through high quality standards of education. The IEB is made up of extremely experienced and knowledgeable educational professionals who are supporting the Academy to ensure the very best experience and outcomes for each any every child.
I grew up on a mixed arable and dairy farm in Staffordshire and attended a small village primary school not dissimilar to All Saints. I studied at Harper Adams University and then began my career as a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor before moving into education in the late 1990’s. During my career I have moved between the public to private sectors and have run my own business.
My responsibilities include the business, finance and human resources aspects of the Trust; working very closely with all 20 academies and Headteachers to ensure best value and direction of resources for the pupils.
Outside of work I am married to a former army commando, we have two children: the eldest is a talented swimmer who has just finished his GCSEs and a daughter in her last weeks of primary school. Both my daughter and I are avid equestrians.
For 2021/22 we have good leadership, a strong team of staff and considerable support from the Trust and Lichfield Diocese. I have much confidence in the future of All Saint’s and hope your children will blossom in our care.
Please feel free to contact me at any time should you wish to discuss the progress of the academy.
